Dr Susan Hetrick
Dr Susan Hetrick is Director of The People Forum. She works with Company Boards and senior teams to deliver innovative people solutions to challenging strategic business issues. A former Board level HR Director, she has extensive practitioner experience working with global companies in the financial services, telecoms, FMCG and business advisory sectors. Susan has a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from City Business School, and is a visiting fellow at Glasgow University and the Helsinki School of Economics. Susan has published articles and books on how human resource management is critical to building corporate reputations and employer brands.

Nigel Jones
Nigel has over 20 years experience across a range of senior strategic and client-facing HR roles within progressive FTSE100 organisations. His experience spans the complete spectrum of HR disciplines, including employee relations and engagement, management of employee litigation, talent and resource management, merger & acquisition, as well as organisational change.
Nigel was Head of Group HR Strategy & Policy with Standard Life plc from 2008-2010, and co-ordinated submission of its new people strategy to the main Board in 2009, as well as leading the Group’s employee relations, engagement, and people policy agenda.
Previously Nigel was a senior HR practitioner with the RBS Group, including roles such as the HR Policy lead for the ABN Amro acquisition and as Head of HR for their Group Technology Division.
Recent roles have required Nigel to operate across a variety of different jurisdictions and organisational cultures, influencing a wide range of stakeholders including those at Group Chief Executive/Board levels.
Andonella Thomson
Andonella is a Human Resources professional specialising in performance and transformation coaching. As a fellow member of the CIPD she has extensive knowledge of facilitation, team training and HR expertise which complement her coaching skills.
Andonella has a successful track record of achieving lasting change both at a macro level and on an individual basis. She has experience of public and private sector organisations, including Deloitte, The Scottish Government and Cavanagh .
Debbie Hall
Debbie is a highly commercial HR Leader and has significant experience of operating at Director level, working with MD’s and their Executive teams within UK, European & Global Financial Services. She is passionate about contributing to both the business and HR strategies in order to identify and more importantly deliver people agendas & solutions that make a real difference to business results, their customers and employees.
Debbie worked at RBS Insurance from 2007 to 2010, in HR client facing roles to the Personal, and Commercial businesses, Partnerships, Marketing and Underwriting. Prior to that, she worked in FTSE 100 & US Banks, acting as a trusted advisor to teams within Retail, Business, Corporate, and Investment Banking, as well as Global Markets. She has led complex reorganisations, start ups, closures, Acquisitions, Mergers and Joint Ventures, and ensured businesses made significant improvements in their Leadership, Performance Management, Reward, Talent, Engagement and Strategic agendas.
